We depart from the bottom of the Caen Hill flight we start our journey down the Avon valley passing through many attractive canal villages, Semmington and Seend.

The town of Bradford upon Avon marks the beginning of a particularly spectacular section of this cruise, we cross the valley floor on the Avon cliff Aqueduct and the Dundas Aqueduct.

We journey through Bathampton to Bathwick Hill, where we can see the stunning Georgian architecture across the valley, which has given this city UNESCO World Heritage status.

 This is the departure point and the start of the return cruise.
